Tres Santos is a real estate development project in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, designed to attract both investors and prospective homebuyers. The website needed to communicate the vision of the community clearly while presenting the lifestyle, location, and development details in a way that felt premium and trustworthy.

I built a fully responsive website using Bootstrap, creating a modern front end that works smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The layout was designed to support strong storytelling while keeping information easy to scan and navigate for users who are researching the project for the first time.

A major focus of the build was presenting the project’s features and lifestyle in a visually compelling way. I structured the page flow to guide visitors through the key marketing narrative, highlighting amenities, design direction, and the overall experience of living in Tres Santos.

To support performance and maintainability, I implemented a clean Bootstrap based template system that kept components consistent across the site. This approach helped ensure the site was scalable, easy to update, and aligned with modern front-end development practices.

The site also includes a custom JW Player video implementation to better showcase high impact visuals and marketing content. Video plays a major role in communicating the environment and energy of the development, and the custom setup ensured the experience was integrated smoothly into the site design.

The final result is a polished, responsive marketing website that supports both investor confidence and buyer interest. Tres Santos now has a strong digital presence that effectively showcases the project’s vision, features, and lifestyle while delivering a clean, high quality user experience.
