I expanded the client’s existing website by adding new sections designed to better showcase their available home models and support additional marketing content. The goal was to make the site more useful for prospective buyers while creating a stronger platform for ongoing content growth.

A major part of the update was improving how home models were presented online. I developed new layouts and page sections that highlight model details more clearly, helping visitors browse options more easily and understand what is available without feeling overwhelmed.

Alongside the model content, I added additional marketing focused sections that gave the client more space to tell their story, highlight differentiators, and promote updates. These additions helped the site better support campaigns and evolving business needs without requiring a full redesign.

On the back end, I built custom CMS functionality that allowed the client to manage more content types internally. This included tools to publish and organize news posts, FAQs, and press releases directly from the CMS, reducing reliance on developers for routine updates.

The new functionality was designed to be simple and practical for non-technical users. Content entry and management workflows were structured to stay consistent with the existing CMS experience, making it easy for staff to add content, keep information current, and maintain a professional site presence.

The result was a more flexible and scalable website that supports both marketing goals and day-to-day content publishing. With new front-end sections and improved CMS tools, the client gained a better user experience for visitors and greater control over their site moving forward.
