The hotel needed a complete website rebuild after years of relying on a decade-old site that no longer met modern guest expectations. The existing experience felt dated, was difficult to use on mobile devices, and did not reflect the quality of the property or the brand behind it.
I designed and developed a new site from the ground up with a focus on creating a modern, responsive experience. The goal was to make it easy for guests to find key information quickly, explore the hotel’s offerings, and feel confident taking the next step toward booking.
Usability was a primary focus throughout the rebuild. I refined site structure, improved navigation, and created clear page layouts that help visitors move through the experience naturally, whether they are researching the property or looking for specific details like amenities or contact information.
Performance and responsiveness were also key priorities. The site was built to load quickly and display beautifully across desktops, tablets, and phones, ensuring guests have a consistent experience no matter how they access the site.
In addition to the front-end improvements, I ensured the hotel team could easily manage and update content without developer help. The rebuild supported efficient content management so staff could keep the site current with seasonal updates, promotions, and important guest information.
